This is a program that uses tempo runs, easy runs, long runs, intervals, pace training and some hill repeats.  It will prepare you to go the distance for your upcoming You Go Girl! Half Marathon.

This is 12-week training program, beginning in June. More details and registration will come in February. Check back!

Cross Training Program

  Get the cross training needed to finish the race strong, meet other women participating in the event and learn helpful tips for race nutrition and health. This program includes circuit training, calisthenics, plyometrics, balance and core workouts. These types of workout are essential for staying injury free during your running workouts.
